Solid Gains

HMB is a great supplement, only thing that has stopped me taking it in the past is that you usually need pretty high dosages for it to work. I wanted to try it finally and optimum has the best price and their other products have always been of good quality. I am taking 5 grams daily, which is 5 pills per day. This is the way to get results, do your research and you’ll realize you’re looking at a 30 day supply. Not a problem because I the gains I made it worth every penny. I will probably do another cycle in a couple months and continue to do so. Another supplement that I took with this one and I’m still taking cause I haven’t ran out yet is Tribulus Terrestris 90% Bulk Powder 25 Grams + FREE Primaforce D-Aspartic Acid 100 Grams. Do your research on this one too but combining trib and DAA is a powerful combo for increasing testorone and as a result a lot more muscle. nothing bad to say about any of these supplements, looking to increase weight by 20 pounds over the next six months and want to maximize the amount of muscle that is, and minimize the fat…these kinds of supplements are the best thing for that, hands down.

My adult son read about HMB restoring muscle strength and muscle tone, so I ordered some through Amazon. The Optimum Nutrition HMB, 1000mg, 90 capsules product is good because it contains enough of the patented HMB that the user needn’t take so many of the capsules per day.
My son’s been using it for more than a month after an illness that caused some wasting of and weakness in his muscles. After only a couple of weeks, he was already feeling stronger and now displays bicep “cuts.” He’s so happy with the product that I decided to subscribe to regular delivery and increase the order to two bottles so I can try it also.

I have no medical background so this is purely a layman’s review. I am old (61) and decided to try this because of the “Ensure Muscle” product advertising (EM is too expensive and too high in calories). I’m semi-retired so I do put in a lot of gym time. After about 10 months of weight training and cardio and taking HMB for the last four months, I can say that I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m more ripped than I ever thought I could be at my age. So I believe it works. Can’t be sure, but I think it does work. I’m going to stay on it.
